Some of you may still remember this coffee! We already had the SIMBI Honey in our range two years ago.
This year we really wanted to have a coffee from Rwanda again and the SIMBI completely convinced us! In addition to many great coffees from Rwanda, the SIMBI, prepared as honey, particularly stood out. We are absolutely thrilled and are very happy about this great, fruity espresso!
We taste a whole lot of flavors here. Beautiful fruit notes in the form of cherries, blackberries and blueberries. Floral notes of lemongrass and hibiscus. Accompanied by some caramel.
A very nice, light espresso! The body is pleasantly soft and light. The acidity is very lively, the sweetness perfect . An outstanding espresso, super complex , super tasty, which can also show off its strengths with milk or oat.
