The Abaca+ filters are made of hemp paper, just like the Abaca filters. What is special about the Abaca+, however, is that they are manufactured using the "fine-grained" method, ie the paper texture has been standardized so that the water flow is even more even and faster than with the Abaca filters. This makes the Abaca+ the perfect filter for many filter coffees. We especially prefer it with washed coffees, or coffees that tend to have longer run times.
