We are very happy to present you a new coffee! And this time there is something very special again. A pink bourbon from Colombia from the La Esperanza farm. It is a washed coffee with a special type of fermentation - double fermentation for no less than 100 hours . This means that this coffee was first fermented anaerobically in tanks for 40 hours . Then depulped and then fermented aerobically for another 60 hours in open tanks.
