A great, lively and fruity espresso with a very fine, lively acidity. As with filter coffee, we taste cherry, blackberry, coffee blossom, rose blossom, honey and pecan nut, as well as some lime. Lovely sweetness and a creamy body accompanied by light earthy notes complete this light espresso roast. In order to tame the intense acidity, we roast this espresso a little darker and slower than the Simbi filter coffee.
