We are happy to be able to present 2 great microlots from Mateus and his Sitio Boa Vista from Petunia, Brazil again this year.
Like last year, there is an anaerobically fermented natural and an anaerobically fermented honey.
For the time being, we only roast the Natural as filter coffee. The espresso roasting will follow later.
We present the Honey as an Omni Roast, equally good as a filter coffee and as an espresso.
