Drinking chocolate with 80% cocoa content - organic

Our organic drinking chocolate is made from directly traded cocoa beans from Chazuta, Peru – a region known for its exceptionally aromatic cocoa. The high cocoa content of 80% creates an intense, deeply chocolatey taste experience that remains pleasantly well-rounded.

Through careful roasting and conching, the chocolate loses some of its bitterness while remaining rich, aromatic, and wonderfully balanced.

Whether with milk, plant-based milk, or water – this drinking chocolate is versatile and impresses with pure, natural cocoa quality.

Storage instructions: Store in a dry, airtight, and light-protected place.

• Gently heat 200 ml of milk (do not exceed 65 °C to preserve the aromas).
• Add 30 g of drinking chocolate to a cup.
• Pour the warm milk over the chocolate.
• Froth orstir thoroughly with a spoon until everything has melted.

Tip:Also tastes excellent with oat drink, lactose-free milk, or hot water.
