Description

This coffee surprises with aromas that you wouldn't expect from Colombian coffees. Our first impression: warm cranberry juice with wine gums and a dash of red wine. Sounds weird? It's incredibly delicious ;)

Super fruity and quite unique coffee. We roast this natural from Colombia very lightly. It has a very lively acidity and is incredibly fruity. First and foremost there is a juicy cranberry, but the strawberry is not neglected either. We also have a little stone fruit. Light caramel and almond notes can be tasted in the finish. Super sweet and soft with a full body that is not at all heavy. The acidity can be attributed to a good red wine. The sweetness is comparable to panela sugar.

Very fruity, well structured and complex specialty coffee!!!

Traded transparently - Better than Fairtrade coffee!

Flavors:Cranberry, cherry, peach, dried plum, blueberry, wine gum

Body: medium

Roast level: Filter light

Recommended for:V60, Kalita, AeroPress, Chemex, Coldbrew

Cupping Score: 87.5

Importer: Colombian Spirit

The green coffee prices have increased significantly, so we have to make price adjustments for some coffees. Read more:
