Beschreibung

This coffee surprises with aromas you might not necessarily expect. Our first impression: warm cranberry juice with wine gums and a splash of red wine. Sounds strange? It’s incredibly delicious ;)

A super fruity and quite unique coffee. We roast this natural from Colombia very light. It has a very lively acidity and is incredibly fruity. First and foremost, there’s juicy cranberry, but strawberry is also well-represented. Furthermore, we get a hint of stone fruit. The finish reveals light notes of caramel and almond. Super sweet and soft with a full body that, despite this, doesn't feel heavy at all. The acidity can be compared to a good red wine. The sweetness is comparable to panela sugar.

A very fruity, well-structured, and complex specialty coffee!!!

The La Cristalina has since become one of our most popular and best-selling coffees.

However, the La Cristalina has become significantly more expensive. You can read why this is the case in our blog post: Why coffee prices are rising

Transparently traded - Better than Fairtrade coffee!

Flavors: Cranberry, cherry, peach, dried plums, blueberry, wine gums

Body: medium

Roast profile: light filter

Recommended for:V60, Kalita, AeroPress, Chemex, cold brew

Cupping Score: 87.5

Importer: Colombian Spirit

Green coffee prices continue to rise. With every new harvest or shipment, we have to pay a little more. We wanted to keep the old price for the La Cristalina for as long as possible. However, for 2026, we are now forced to increase the price slightly. We ask for your understanding.

Have fun trying it out and experimenting for yourself
