Organic milk drinking chocolate with 45% cocoa content

Our milk drinking chocolate with 45% cocoa content combines direct-trade organic cocoa from Chazuta, Peru, with high-quality organic whole milk from the Allgäu region. The traditional roller-drying process gives the whole milk powder a natural caramel flavor that harmonizes perfectly with the aromatic cocoa notes.

The milk fat provides an exceptionally creamy texture – full-bodied, smooth, and pleasantly sweet. The slightly fruity nuances of the Peruvian cocoa remain clearly discernible nonetheless. A drinking chocolate that brings warmth and comfort to every cup.

• Heat 200 ml of milk; the milk should not boil.
• A quick tip from me: It is best if the maximum temperature of 65 °C is not exceeded, as otherwise valuable flavor aromas will be lost.
• Weigh 30g of chocolate into a cup.
• Pour the milk over the chocolate and froth or stir well with a spoon.
