Drinking chocolate with 60% cocoa content - organic

Our 60% drinking chocolate is made from direct-trade organic cocoa from Chazuta, Peru – a region known for its particularly aromatic beans. For this variety, the cocoa beans are roasted slightly longer than for our chocolate bars, resulting in a more intense, full-bodied chocolate experience.

With a lower cocoa content of 60%, this version is ideal for those who prefer a creamier, milder taste. The drinking chocolate is pleasantly sweet, well-rounded, and harmonious – especially when combined with milk, oat drink, or lactose-free alternatives. It can also be wonderfully frothed with hot water.

• Slowly heat 200 ml of milk or plant-based drink (do not boil).
• Optimal: Do not let the temperature exceed 65 °Cso that the delicate aromas are preserved.
• Add 30 g of drinking chocolate to a cup.
• Pour the warm milk over it.
• Then froth or stir well with a spoon until everything has melted.
